A research project on development of Functional Foods for Elderly Population, funded by Department of Science & Technology (DST), Govt. of India with a sanctioned budget of Rs. 16 Lakhs is under progress. In addition proposals for another five major projects have been submitted to Govt. of India and the same is under active consideration. The college has been registering excellent results in PG/UG courses every year including getting university RANKS. Placement facilities are provided.
